Cancellation Policy: -

  • Cancellation before 30 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charges.
  • If the booking gets cancelled within 29-19 days prior to Check in - 10% Retention of total amount.
  • If the booking gets cancelled within 19-14 days prior to Check in - 25% Retention of total amount.
  • Within 14-07 days prior to Check in – 35% Retention of total amount.
  • In between 07-02 days prior to check in - 50% Retention will be charged.
  • Same day of check in date - 100% Retention will be charged.

    • Refund Policy:

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the GOBYHOLIDAYS TOUR AND TRAVEL, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
